I LOVE it when there is a juxtaposition of two elements, such as the tattoos, something gritty and street, and the dress, which reminds me of something innocent and far from something someone covered in tattoos would wear. I feel like every outfit needs a balance, and this definitely has it. DOPE!!picture off The Sartorialist.
